Occasionally a result may come back inconclusive. If that happens, we will explain what it means and walk you through the re-collection options available.
Limiting Testing Parties
To protect the integrity of every collection, only the person being tested will be allowed in the testing area. Anyone accompanying them is welcome to wait outside, and all results remain confidential.
Mileage Policy
Mobile testing is available throughout Cobb County and surrounding areas, and collections can be arranged at locations nationwide. Appointments outside the standard area may include a mileage fee, confirmed before your visit.
